Once I’m enrolled in APCI eAlerts, will I continue to receive paper notifications?
APCI eAlerts are sent to you as a courtesy and paper alerts will still be sent for items such as Delinquent Loan notices, NSF notices, and Certificate maturity and renewal notices. If you are enrolled in APCI eStatements, you will receive NSF notices and Certificate renewals notices electronically.
