Important Information Regarding your IRS Tax Payments and Refunds

The following information is provided for you to use when initiating electronic debits and credits to and from your APCI FCU account.  This information will help facilitate the efficient flow of funds.  If an account number is invalid or account ownership cannot be verified, your refund/payment may be delayed and/or returned to the IRS or State.

Account Number Format:

•S1 Share Savings Accounts are 6 digits beginning with 0.  For funds flowing to/from S1, please use 0 __ __ __ __ __.

•S4 Share Draft Checking Accounts are 10 digits, beginning with 157, and located at the bottom of your check.  For funds flowing to/from S4, please use 1 5 7 __  __ __ __ __ __ __.

•Do not use suffixes, alphabets, or symbols.

Account Name:

•The transmitted ACH individual name must be an owner or joint owner on the account.    If the name of the ACH beneficiary is not an owner, the transaction is considered unauthorized and will be returned to the originator.

•Refunds or payments cannot be processed without this information.
