Membership Applications

Once a member, always a member! At APCI Federal Credit Union, you are a member and owner of a financially sound and secure credit union.

Please note, requirements for membership in APCI Federal Credit Union include a primary share savings account with a $5 minimum deposit and a clear copy of an unexpired driver's license or passport for all applicants.

Completed forms and a $5 check should be mailed to:

After membership applications are reviewed and approved, you will receive your membership card and required account disclosures.

Account is open to minors under the age of 21 who qualify for membership with APCI FCU.


Important Information About Opening a New Account: US Patriot Act

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.

What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We will also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
